Terms of Service
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 24, 2026
1. Operator and agreement
These terms cover arcweaversystems.net and Release Desk, operated by Arcweaver Systems, Inc. Reported business address: 222 Johnson Avenue, 1B, Brooklyn, NY 11206, United States. Contact raja@arcweaversystems.net. A signed agreement controls to the extent it expressly supersedes these terms.
2. Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and use the service only as authorized. Protect your credentials. The pilot offers individual workspaces; owner labels do not invite users or confer permissions or approval. Signup does not yet verify email ownership.
3. Current service scope
Release Desk organizes manually entered release scope, rollout plans, rollback plans, checks, evidence notes, and workflow states. It does not deploy software, execute tests, inspect infrastructure, collect external evidence, verify results, or connect to a CI/CD system. You remain responsible for your operational procedures and decisions.
4. Readiness labels
Ready requires rollout and rollback plans of at least 30 characters each, at least one check, and all linked checks passed. Checklist changes return affected Ready releases to In review. Ready and Passed are manual workflow labels, not independent approval, certification, or proof of safety. A completed checklist does not establish that deployment is appropriate.
5. Content and acceptable use
You retain your content rights and authorize processing needed to provide the service. Store only content you are entitled to process. Do not enter production secrets, credentials, sensitive regulated information, unauthorized personal data, unlawful material, or malicious content. Do not evade access controls, attack the service, or send spam.
6. Pilot and commercial terms
The individual pilot is $0, limited to 200 releases and 2,000 checks per account. No card is collected, no automatic paid subscription is created, and no paid renewal is triggered. Business inquiries require a separately agreed written scope and price before paid work. Future capabilities are not delivery commitments. Availability and limits may change with applicable notice.
7. Exports, links, and demo
The demo uses fictional examples and browser storage. Exports are snapshots of entered records, not external document archives or proof of a test result. CSV formula-leading values are escaped; review exports before use or sharing. External sites have separate content and terms.
8. Removal and suspension
You can delete checks and releases. Release deletion also removes linked checks. Export needed data first. Account deletion requires your password and removes active related records. Activity, backup, and legal-retention details are described in the Privacy Policy. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or legal obligations.
9. Intellectual property
Original Arcweaver branding, website content, and software are protected under applicable law. You may use the service as intended; no unrelated intellectual property rights are transferred.
10. Availability and liability
The pilot is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and Arcweaver is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. There is no uptime, support-response, or recovery-time commitment. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. The service is not a safety-critical operational control.
11. Governing law and updates
New York law governs to the extent permitted without overriding mandatory protections. We may update these terms and communicate material changes where appropriate. Questions can be sent to raja@arcweaversystems.net.
